I have always been someone who did well losing weight with a low carb diet, but it traditionally was tough to sustain. I knew I wanted to lose weight again, with a goal of 30 lbs. I committed to a better diet, exercise, and started taking carb cut. It goes without saying that the better diet and exercise are instrumental in my goal, but there is no doubt the carb cut is also helping.
I am one month in, and have lost 12 pounds. Somewhat notably, the weight loss has been steady the entire month. I don't have as many carvings, and occasional carbs (like pizza or beer) don't get me off track. The only slightly negative thing for me is that it has a tendency to upset my stomach some, but my stomach is sensitive and I am so used to things causing issues that I honestly don't even notice or mind it.
I am a skeptical person by nature and thought I would order this, try it, and realize it was pointless, but the opposite has happened and I just ordered two more bottles. Would highly recommend.
